This is a full-time, on-site position for a Senior Staff Accountant based in Sterling, IL. The Senior Staff Accountant will oversee the financial statements, reconcile accounts, prepare and analyze budgets, and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Responsibilities include maintaining financial records, preparing accurate reports, participating in audits, and providing strategic financial insights to management. - Experience in accounting functions, including financial reporting, account reconciliation, and general ledger management
