DETAILS ABOUT THIS POSITION:

• Monthly range: Step 1- $8,113.00 – Step 8 - $11,425.00

Initial salary placement for this position is from Step 1 to Step 3, depending on the amount of reasonably related experience.

• Length of Work Year: M-F / 12 Months
• Locations: District Education Center - Facilities
• Hours: 8 hrs. - 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Education & Experience:

• Ability to carry out oral and written directions, read, write, and speak at a level

sufficient to fulfill the duties to be performed.

• Education equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree with a major which would prepare the candidate to perform

successfully, the duties and responsibilities of this position is desired.

• Prior experience in the application and planning process of school facilities is required.
• Current valid California Driver’s License and insurable at standard rates by the District’s insurance carrier and maintain such insurability
• Be able to furnish an automobile during working hours and be willing to drive in the performance of assigned duties
• Willing and able to attend meetings of the Governing Board.
