Job Summary:
Meneses Law is an Immigration Law Firm seeking a Sign-Up Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide valuable insights that will drive decision-making and improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate must have a clear understanding of the full data cycle, from data collection, cleaning, analysis, visualization, and reporting. Along with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for transforming data into actionable strategies. Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and make them feel welcome.
- Guide clients through the initial sign-up process, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Collect and verify client information to facilitate smooth onboarding.
- Serve as a point of contact for potential clients, addressing inquiries and providing prompt, clear, and concise information.
- Establish and maintain positive client relationships through effective communication and responsiveness.
- Address and resolve potential client concerns or issues promptly showing a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Educate clients on the firm's processes, services and timelines, ensuring they understand the legal procedures.
- Have the emotional intelligence and maturity to have difficult conversations with clients to encourage them to hire the firm for legal services.
- Provide ongoing customer service by acting as the liaison between the potential client and Meneses Law team that will include weekly/monthly follow-up with clients after they check in by telephone. You will document conversations and report to management with any concerns clients may have.
- Adherence to a prescribed script is a requisite for this role, ensuring consistent and standardized communication.
- Perform any other tasks or functions deemed necessary to the daily operations of the employer.
Required Skills:
- Previous experience in customer service, client relations, or a similar role.
- Friendly and strong commitment to customer service.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant data tools.
- Excellent time management skills, and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in problem-solving.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate findings effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to type 45 WPM or more.
- English usage, spelling, grammar, and punctuation
- Proper phone etiquette
- Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.

- Involves manual dexterity for using keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment.
