Job Summary: 

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Cloud & Infrastructure Manager to lead our cloud infrastructure initiatives across both AWS and Microsoft Azure platforms. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in multi-cloud environments and demonstrate strong leadership capabilities in managing cross-functional teams. This role is responsible for architecting, implementing, optimizing, and maintaining secure, scalable, and cost-effective cloud infrastructure solutions that align with the organization's strategic goals.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

• Cloud Strategy & Architecture
• Develop and implement robust cloud infrastructure strategies in alignment with organizational objectives.
• Design and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available architectures across AWS and Azure.
• Lead cloud adoption, workload migration, and modernization initiatives.
• Operations & Optimization
• Oversee day-to-day operations of cloud infrastructure, ensuring reliability, performance, and availability.
• Monitor and manage infrastructure to support disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Drive cloud cost optimization through automation, right-sizing, and adherence to cloud best practices.
• Security & Compliance
• Establish and maintain security standards and best practices across all cloud environments.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with internal policies and industry regulations. 
• Conduct regular audits, vulnerability assessments, and risk mitigation activities.
• Leadership & Team Management
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of cloud engineers, infrastructure specialists, and DevOps professionals.
• Collaborate with application, security, and business teams to deliver reliable infrastructure solutions.
• Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Tooling & Automation
• Champion Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices using tools such as Terraform, Azure Resource Manager (ARM), and AWS CloudFormation.
• Drive automation across provisioning, monitoring, scaling, and deployment activities.
• Perform any other tasks or functions deemed necessary to the daily operations of the employer.

Required Skills and Qualifications: 

• Effective leadership and project management skills.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell.
• Expertise in automation and orchestration tools.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with cloud-native monitoring, logging, and incident response tools.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
• Exposure to cloud management and cost optimization strategies.
• Background in operating within regulated environments such as legal services.

Education and Experience: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 3 years in managing cloud environments.
• Proven experience operating in hybrid or multi-cloud settings (AWS and Azure).
• Hands-on expertise in cloud networking, storage, compute, and identity/access management.
• Strong experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and DevOps methodologies.
• Certifications Required:
  1. AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Professional or Associate)
  2. Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
• Certification Preferred: Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) or similar cloud security certification

Compensation:

Meneses Law believes in Work Life Balance.  Operation hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. plus 2 Saturdays a month for certain positions.
