Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Nurse Practitioner based in Nashville, Tennessee. The Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up in coordination with a collaborative healthcare team. Responsibilities include conducting physical assessments, creating and managing care plans, prescribing medications, and educating patients and their families. The role also requires ensuring compliance with medical protocols and contributing to high-quality patient care within post-acute and outpatient settings.
Qualifications
- Advanced clinical skills, including conducting physical exams, diagnosing conditions, and developing treatment plans
- Experience in managing patient medication plans and providing patient education
- Proficient communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and engage with patients and families
- Knowledge of healthcare protocols, procedures, and regulatory compliance requirements
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment
- Master’s degree in Nursing and active Nurse Practitioner license (required)
