Our Family & Children’s Services division is recruiting for a Senior Program Manager in Ukiah, California.
This key leadership position works directly with the Deputy Director to provide management-level oversight, program development, implementation, and ongoing program maintenance to support services for children and families in our community.
Salary: $110,572.80 – $134,409.60 annually

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Education and Experience:
PATTERN 1:
A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Social or Behavioral Science, Public or Mental Health, Public or Business Administration, AND three (3) years full-time supervisory experience in child welfare comparable to Social Worker Supervisor in Mendocino County OR two (2) years fulltime experience performing duties of a Program Manager in child welfare comparable to Mendocino County.
PATTERN 2:
A master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Social or Behavioral Science, Public or Mental Health, Public or Business Administration, AND two (2) years full-time supervisory experience in child welfare comparable to Social Worker Supervisor in Mendocino County OR one (1) year fulltime experience performing duties of a Program Manager in child welfare comparable to Mendocino County.
SUBSTITUTION: Up to five (5) years directly related child welfare supervisory/management experience may be substituted for education.
