Duties
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression while managing front desk responsibilities.
- Answer, screen, and direct multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy.
- Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using Charm EHR systems.
- Perform data entry, maintain filing systems, manage and organize inventory.
- Handle correspondence via email, word processing, and proofreading to ensure clear communication.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly, offering information, and facilitating patient communication.
Requirements
- Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles, including front desk or receptionist duties.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and data entry.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills, including experience with multi-line phone systems.
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively.
- Medical receptionist experience is a plus, as well as handling insurance verifications.
- Demonstrated ability to manage calendars, handle filing systems, and perform proofreading with attention to detail.

Working Hours:
- Monday and Wednesday: 4-7pm
- Tuesday and Thursday: 10-3pm (can be negotiable with either Tuesday or Thursday)
- Friday: 10-7pm (there will be a lunch break for 30-60 minutes)
- Saturday: 10-2pm

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
