Mending Minds Wellness Center is seeking compassionate and motivated Maryland-Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) clinicians to join our growing private practice. This is a fully remote, fee-for-service position offering flexibility, strong clinical support, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma- Informed care, Family therapy)
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA
- Provide crisis intervention and support for clients in need
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality, holistic care
Qualifications
- Active Maryland LMSW or LCSW license (Required)
- Experience or knowledge in:
- Dual diagnosis and addictions
- Family therapy
- Crisis intervention
- Treatment planning
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
