Mendes is seeking a talented Insurance Litigation Associate with 3–5 years of insurance coverage litigation experience to join our top-tier Litigation Department in New York City. This is a full-time, in-person position designed to provide immediate hands-on experience and direct mentorship from leaders in the field.
What You’ll Do:
- Handle complex insurance coverage disputes and related litigation in state and federal courts.
- Draft and argue motions, prepare pleadings and discovery, and assist with mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on legal strategy, client communication, and case development.
- Gain exposure to sophisticated matters involving asbestos, environmental claims, and other high-stakes issues.
