Duties
- Conduct door-to-door outreach in assigned neighborhoods to introduce our products and services with confidence and professionalism
- Engage potential customers through warm calling techniques, establishing trust and understanding their needs
- Interactions, track leads, and manage follow-up activities efficiently
- Apply consultative selling strategies to educate prospects on product benefits and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements
- Negotiate terms effectively to close deals while maintaining a positive customer experience
- Collaborate with team members to complete jobs
- Maintain high levels of customer service by addressing questions, overcoming objections, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process
Qualifications
- Some to no proven experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or inside sales with a focus on B2B (business-to-business) or B2C (business-to-consumer) environments
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with technical sales experience, especially in technology or related fields
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to connect effectively over the phone and in person
- Demonstrated success in deal closing, business development, and client communication strategies
- Some to no experience with sales technology adoption including call center operations, sales automation technologies, and marketing integration
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor
