Duties
- Answering Inbound Phone
- Scheduling & Confirming Appointments
- Out bounding on follow up
- Out bounding on marketing efforts
- Support customer service efforts by addressing client inquiries and providing assistance in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members on various projects, contributing to an efficient workflow within the office.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote a productive environment.
- Other various office tasks
Requirements
- Proven experience in an office setting with clerical or administrative responsibilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
- Strong computer skills with a focus on data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and customer support best practices.
- Personal assistant experience is beneficial for managing executive tasks effectively.
