Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily center operations to ensure smooth functioning.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment, organization, and accurate record-keeping.
- Support wellness modality and retail sales efforts by engaging with customers, providing product information, and encouraging purchases.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to create an inviting shopping environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Support the implementation of promotional activities and marketing initiatives related to the store.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.
- Utilize experience with MindBody platform to assist customers seeking wellness or lifestyle products/services.
Experience
- Experience with grand openings and first-year businesses.
- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage inventory effectively.
- Familiarity with MindBody platform or wellness-related products/services is advantageous.
- Passion for pets, especially petite dogs, is considered a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude are essential.
