Licensed Massage Therapist — MEND Studios | Mequon, WI
Compensation: $32–$40 per one-hour session plus tips, based on experience, skill set, and qualifications. Higher compensation is available for advanced skills and certifications, including lymphatic drainage and buccal massage.

What You’ll Do
- Provide personalized massage sessions based on each guest’s goals, preferences, and health history.
- Conduct thorough intakes, communicate clearly about pressure and comfort, and offer thoughtful aftercare recommendations.
- Maintain accurate client documentation and a clean, welcoming treatment space.
- Build lasting guest relationships through consistent care and appropriate recommendations for ongoing treatment.
- Participate in training, receive feedback, and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Work closely with service leads, management, and the front desk to create a smooth guest experience.
Who We’re Looking For
- A massage therapist with an active Wisconsin massage therapy license.
- Strong communication skills and a respectful, guest-centered approach.
- Reliability, professionalism, and ownership of your work.
- A willingness to learn, receive feedback, and support your teammates.
- Advanced training is welcomed, particularly in lymphatic drainage, buccal massage, and other specialized modalities.
