What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pelvic Health Physical Therapist position at Mend Physical Therapy?
We’re hiring a Pelvic Health Physical Therapist in Boulder County, CO
At Mend Physical Therapy, we’ve built a model around what clinicians actually want: time with patients, autonomy in practice, and the ability to be compensated at a high level for the value you provide.
This is not a high-volume clinic. Every session is 1:1, individualized care, giving you the space to create trust, go deeper clinically, and deliver truly meaningful outcomes in pelvic health.
We also believe your career should fit your life—not the other way around. This role offers exceptional flexibility, with the ability to design a schedule that supports part-time or non-traditional hours.
Beyond traditional clinical care, you’ll have the opportunity to guide clients into long-term wellness and strength through personal training and small-group programs—helping them stay confident and symptom-free well after discharge.
What we’re looking for:
• Licensed (or eligible) PT in Colorado
• 2 years of experience in pelvic health
• Min. Herman Wallace/APTA PF1, PRPC or PWCS
What sets this role apart:
• High earning potential with performance-based compensation
• Flexible scheduling, including part-time options
• Full clinical autonomy in a low-volume setting
• True one-on-one care model
• Opportunities to expand into wellness and performance services
If you’re looking for a role where you’re trusted as a clinician, paid accordingly, and able to build a schedule that works for your life—we’d love to connect.
