Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including the yogurt machines, toppings bar, and dining space. We love "neat freaks"!
- Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for both customers and staff.
- Prepare food items as needed, ensuring all products meet Menchie's quality standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while providing excellent customer service.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness. Be able to lift 30 pounds and stand on your feet for long hours.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and communication.
Skills
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a busy café setting. Proficient math and cash handling skills.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations to maintain high hygiene standards.
