About The Opportunity
ORBIS RPM is seeking a motivated and dependable Warehouse Lead to support all Warehouse Associate duties while also serving as a back-up to the Service Center Manager and/or Service Center Supervisor. This role is ideal for someone with warehouse experience who is ready to take the next step into leadership.Why ORBIS?

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide daily leadership and model ORBIS standards and expectations
- Perform production and warehouse tasks as needed
- Accurately complete daily paperwork and documentation
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel
- Communicate quality or inventory concerns to the Service Center Manager
- Operate a forklift to load, unload, and move materials safely
- Follow and reinforce all company safety rules and policies
- Assist management in achieving financial goals for the service center
- Follow proper protocols for employee incidents and customer complaints
- Ensure team members meet job expectations and adhere to ORBIS policies
Work Experience:
- 1 year of distribution or warehouse experience
- Prior forklift experience required
- Prior leadership experience
Shift Hours:
- 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
- Mandatory OT possible, dependent on seasonality and need; may include limited weekend work but rare.
