Production Team Member – Bagging Line - Aggregates

1ST SHIFT: 6AM - 6PM | 2-week rotation schedule w/ every other full weekend off

2RD SHIFT: 6PM – 6AM | 2-week rotational schedule w/ every other full weekend off

STARTING PAY

PART-TIME: $19.25/HR (1ST) OR $21.25 (3RD)

FULL-TIME: $21.05/HR (1ST) OR $23.05 (3RD)

2/HR 2ND SHIFT PREMIUM | $3/HR ON WEEKENDS

What You’ll Do

  • Operate and monitor bagging machines to package aggregate materials (sand, gravel, concrete mix)
  • Set up and adjust equipment for proper bag weight & sealing.
  • Ensure consistent product flow from conveyors, hoppers, and feeders.
  • Inspect filled bags for accuracy, quality, and defects
  • Clear jams and perform basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
  • Keep work area clean and organized to support safe operations
  • Work with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
  • Operate forklifts or other equipment

Skills/Requirements

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Able to stand throughout the shift
  • Able to lift infrequently up to 75 pounds.
  • Comfortable bending, squatting, walking, and twisting
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment
  • High school diploma/GED preferred
