Production Team Member – Concrete Block Manufacturing
1ST SHIFT: 6AM - 2:30PM | MONDAY - FRIDAY
3RD SHIFT: 9:30PM – 6AM | SUNDAY - THURSDAY
STARTING PAY
PART-TIME: $19.25/HR (1ST) OR $21.25 (3RD)
FULL-TIME: $21.05/HR (1ST) OR $23.05 (3RD)
2/HR 2ND SHIFT PREMIUM | $3/HR ON WEEKENDS

- Operate and monitor concrete block manufacturing machines to ensure efficient production.
- Set up equipment, molds, and materials according to production specifications.
- Adjust machine settings to maintain product quality and meet production targets.
- Inspect finished blocks for quality, consistency, and defects.
- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on equipment.
- Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily goals
- Operate forklifts or other equipment
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- 18 years of age or older
- Able to stand throughout the shift
- Able to lift infrequently up to 75 pounds.
- Comfortable bending, squatting, walking, and twisting
- Able to work in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment
- High school diploma/GED preferred
