Menadier Engineering LLC is growing, and we’re looking for a high-performing Professional Engineer (PE) to lead projects from start to finish while strengthening our internal project management and engineering team. What You’ll Do (Production Leadership)

You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of civil engineering projects, including:

• Lead projects from kickoff through final deliverables
• Produce and/or oversee site civil design, plan sets, calculations, and technical documentation
• Coordinate schedules, milestones, and internal workload planning
• Ensure quality control and consistency across all deliverables
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical oversight to staff and project managers
• Support project planning, scope development, and client communication
• Collaborate with leadership to improve workflows, production standards, and efficiency
• Assist with permitting coordination and agency responses as needed
• Maintain strong project organization, documentation, and communication

Required (Non-Negotiable)

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) – State of Florida
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Proven experience in civil engineering (land development/site design preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to take projects from concept through completion
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency
• Strong communication skills and professional judgment
• Leadership mindset with the ability to guide and mentor others
  
  

Preferred

• Experience leading project teams and overseeing engineering production
• Strong background in land development, site design, and permitting coordination
• Experience improving workflows, standards, and production efficiency
• Confidence in client-facing interactions and relationship building
