Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Virginia Beach, VA (travel to Newport News required; mileage reimbursed). We're hiring multiple Medical Assistants or LPNs to support clinical operations in our fast-paced men's wellness clinics. Key responsibilities:
- Greet patients, conduct intake (history, vitals in EMR), and maintain welcoming exam rooms.
- Perform phlebotomy, run in-house labs, prepare specimens, and administer injections (testosterone, weight loss, vitamins).
- Assist providers with procedures like Gainswave ED treatments; handle front desk tasks (scheduling, communication).
- Ensure HIPAA/OSHA-compliant documentation, inventory logs, and infection control.
Qualifications
- Valid Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or LPN certification/license (required).
- Phlebotomy/injection experience (men's health, urology, med spa, or outpatient preferred).
- Proficiency in medical assisting, patient care, medical terminology, EMR/records management.
- Strong organizational skills, multitasking in fast-paced environments, and professional communication.
- Team-oriented with passion for hormone health outcomes; high school diploma; clean background check.
- Prior men's health experience is a plus.
