Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $100,000–$125,000 base DOE, opportunity for performance incentives

Our team specializes in evidence-based, personalized care, including testosterone and hormone replacement therapy (TRT/HRT), hair restoration, and advanced treatments for erectile dysfunction. As our new Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, you’ll be a vital part of our clinical team—delivering life-changing care and building meaningful patient relationships. You’ll:

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations (medical histories, physicals, lab reviews)
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans for TRT, hormone optimization, and related therapies
• Perform in-office procedures and administer injections
• Educate patients on treatment options, outcomes, and healthy lifestyle changes
• Monitor progress, adjust plans, and order follow-up labs
• Ensure accurate, timely clinical documentation (HIPAA, OSHA, state standards)
• Collaborate closely with physicians and the care team to deliver seamless, concierge-level care
• Stay current on the latest advances in men’s health and hormone therapy

• Licensed NP or PA in Georgia (required)
• Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing (MSN/DNP) or Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies
• National board certification (AANP/ANCC for NPs; NCCPA for PAs)
• DEA license (or eligibility)
• Experience in endocrinology, urology, primary care, or hormone therapy strongly preferred
• Personable, empathetic communicator with a patient-first mindset and sales acumen
• Self-starter who thrives both independently and as part of a team
