Compensation: $100,000–$125,000 base DOE, opportunity for performance incentives

As our new Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, you’ll be a vital part of our clinical team—delivering life-changing care and building meaningful patient relationships. You’ll:
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations (medical histories, physicals, lab reviews)
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans for TRT, hormone optimization, and related therapies
- Perform in-office procedures and administer injections
- Educate patients on treatment options, outcomes, and healthy lifestyle changes
- Monitor progress, adjust plans, and order follow-up labs
- Ensure accurate, timely clinical documentation (HIPAA, OSHA, state standards)
- Collaborate closely with physicians and the care team to deliver seamless, concierge-level care
- Stay current on the latest advances in men’s health and hormone therapy
- Licensed NP or PA in Georgia (required)
- Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing (MSN/DNP) or Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies
- National board certification (AANP/ANCC for NPs; NCCPA for PAs)
- DEA license (or eligibility)
- Experience in endocrinology, urology, primary care, or hormone therapy strongly preferred
- Personable, empathetic communicator with a patient-first mindset and sales acumen
- Self-starter who thrives both independently and as part of a team
