The ideal candidate will communicate professionally through live chat, enter information accurately, and help ensure customers receive timely and helpful service.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions through live chat, email, and online messaging platforms.
• Enter, update, and maintain customer information in company databases.
• Process customer orders, appointment requests, and service inquiries as needed.
• Verify data for accuracy and correct missing or incorrect information.
• Provide information about haircare services, grooming products, appointments, and company policies.
• Maintain organized digital records and protect confidential customer information.
• Forward complex customer concerns to the appropriate team member.
• Complete routine administrative tasks and meet daily productivity goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong written communication and customer service skills.
