Box Office Assistant

·         Learn the fundamentals of ticket sales, service, and operations.

·         Open, operate and close box office each gameday

·         Increase knowledge in ProVenue ticketing system in order to assist fans and Sales Teams.

·         Assist in game day ticket operations procedures, such as scanner preparation and window preparation.

·         Provide customer service to fans on game days.

·         Answering inbound calls

·         Building fevo links

·         Be on call for tarp

·         Helping with Season Ticket Exchanges

·         Bulk distributing group tickets

·         Assist Manager of Ticket Operations with other duties as assigned.

·         Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if necessary.

·         Strong work ethic, team-oriented attitude, and enthusiasm for contributing to the success of the department and team.

·         Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

·         Above-average knowledge of PC systems including Word, Excel, and database-related platforms.

·         Working knowledge of ticketing systems, PowerPoint, and CRM systems is preferred. 

·         Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to multitask.

·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 

The job requires employee to function in a high-activity and heavily crowded outdoor professional sports venue. Employee will be exposed to inclement weather of varying degrees.  While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for long periods of time, walk long distances, and climb up/downstairs. The employee is required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or sit and must lift and/or move up to 45 pounds.
