Clerical Support 4 will perform advanced general office functions to support divisions, departments and/or areas. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Coordinate and/or schedule area work for appropriate personnel; receive/prepare work tickets/orders. Prepare/maintain and process various reports, records and forms. Research/provide information concerning work status and other departmental
work; contact customers/Division personnel to gather and verify information. Monitor/enter/update and retrieve information utilizing computer equipment; check/verify various printouts; transcribe data. Read preliminary/construction sketches and code various data for computer input. Answer telephone, give and receive information and relay messages. Receive and process payments and
verify amounts of payments. Develop and maintain working relationship with customers. Operate Division vehicle and various office equipment. Perform other duties as directed.

Qualifications

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS

A valid driver's license from state of residence is required.

EDUCATION

High School Diploma or General Education Development (G.E.D.) required.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Must have successfully completed Clerical Support 4 Training Program. Must have successfully completed Placement/Performance Exercises. Must have a combination of oral communication skills to articulate ideas and thoughts clearly; written expression skills, proper use of sentence structure; knowledge and skills in computer software, word processing, spreadsheet and other specific applications. Physical Demands: Office majority of time. Requires sedentary work involving standing or walking for brief periods, exerting up to 20 pounds or more of force on a regular basis.
