MEMPHIS COUNTRY CLUB NOW HIRING 2 ARMED GUARD POSITIONS-FT & PT
We are seeking highly skilled and reliable Armed Guards to join our team. As an Armed Guard, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our membership, guests, employees and property. We offer very nice working conditions, competitive pay, uniform and meals provided.
2-3 years experience required in this field and you must have excellent credentials. Also required is good decision making skills, must be neat in appearance and have a strong desire to provide courteous and professional service. Alertness with safety in mind at all times for members, guests, employees and property is a must.
PT - Working weekends 3-11 pm shift manning our guard house, screening/recording individuals entering the property, communicating with other guard(s) on property throughout shift.
FT- Roving and guardhouse, Tues-Sat, 3-11 pm. Foot and golf cart patrol of property. Will communicate with other guard(s) on property. Full benefit package offered with this FT position including PTO after first work anniversary date, health insurance, 401k,
Both positions also require:
- Armed Security license/Dallas' Law training
- Criminal background search/drug screen.
- Proficient in conflict management and de-escalation techniques
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
- Familiarity with surveillance systems, CCTV, and other security equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to remain alert at all times
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions under pressure
