Our Client Experience Team has an opportunity for supporting clients in all our business-essential technology services.

  • Key responsibilities
    • Communicate with actionable intelligence with clients, potential clients, business partners, and teammates
      • Answer inbound phone calls and e-mails
      • Offer clear explanations (clients’ documents, internal procedures, etc.)
      • Maintain business professional conversations
    • Input service call and supply order requests with accuracy and efficiency
    • Solve problems efficiently and ethically
    • Be a constant learner
    • Respectfully collaborate with teammates
    • Perform personal duties with wise business practices in mind
    • Work with sales and administrative teammates to serve our clients well
  • Essential requirements & qualifications
    • Must have *and maintain* throughout employment
      • Proactive drive to improve process and procedure for all involved
      • Receptiveness to and ability to give constructive guidance, coaching, training, and encouragement
      • Business professional appearance and communication skills
      • Clean criminal record & drug screening
      • Ability to competently use a computer for completion of daily tasks
      • Reliable with strong organizational & time management skills
      • Keen attention to detail
    • Ability to work a schedule of 08:00 am – 05:00 pm, as well as attend meetings and any training opportunities that may come up outside regular business hours
    • Must thrive in a fast-paced environment, accommodating change when necessary
    • Fluent communication in English
    • High School Diploma or the Equivalent
    • Able to Maintain Confidentiality
