What Your Day Looks Like
- Provide administrative support to the Director staff and Executive Administrator as needed.
- Proctor online courses, handle continuing education reports, and coordinate sponsor meetings.
- Support committees by updating records and coordinating meetings ensuring that room, technology, and additional needs are ready for each committee meeting.
- Assisting with the PSA program and having an understanding of the grievance and professional standards processes.
- Track, manage, and submit RPAC (REALTORS® Political Action Committee) contributions, budgets, and event registrations.
- Assist with office tasks like inventory management, document formatting, ordering office supplies, and meeting setup.
- Ability to manage conflicting schedules and tasks gracefully.
- Strong written communications skills and commitment to accuracy.
