What you will be doing
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
• Build and execute a strategic plan for your territory
• Generate pipeline through outbound efforts, networking, and creative prospecting
• Engage with senior stakeholders across enterprise organizations
• Run a consultative, value driven sales process
• Deliver product demonstrations and guide prospects through evaluation
• Negotiate and close new business while identifying expansion opportunities
• Partner closely with marketing, product, and leadership to refine messaging and strategy
• Provide accurate forecasting and share market feedback to influence product direction
What they are looking for
• 3 to 4 years of experience as a closing Account Executive
• Background in software or startup environments (Series A through growth stage strongly preferred)
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota
• Experience selling into complex, multi stakeholder environments
• Strong outbound and hunter mentality
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure where it does not exist yet
• Highly motivated, curious, and driven to grow within a scaling company
