Memory Lane is an upscale Memory Care unit that has low resident to nurse ratios so that we can provide the best possible care for those suffering from Alzheimer's or Dementia.
Night Shift Differential is $2/hour additional
Summary:
The Alzheimer’s Special Memory Care Unit has a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on the full-time night shift that provides activity-focused, specialized nursing care for residents with cognitive impairments in an upscale memory care unit in the Van Buren.
Responsibilities
- Provide specialized resident care in a memory care setting.
- Administer medications accurately and safely.
- Conduct cognitive assessments and monitor residents’ condition.
- Report and document incidents according to established procedures.
- Communicate with residents’ families regarding care and status.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
