Overview
Join our compassionate and dedicated care team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Charge Nurse. This role is ideal for a licensed nurse who is passionate about providing exceptional care, overseeing resident wellbeing, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to enhance quality of life for our residents. This is a day shift position, with three, 12 hour shifts per week.
Responsibilities
- Serve as Charge Nurse overseeing resident care in the memory care unit
- Provide and coordinate non-invasive resident treatments
- Administer and assist with medications in accordance with physician orders
- Assess resident needs, evaluate responses to care, and document using charting by exception
- Collaborate with caregivers, leadership, and clinical staff to manage individualized care plans to ensure best outcomes for our residents.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and state regulations
- Follow standards of nursing conduct, critical thinking and professional practice
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Valid license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Washington
- Must be drug-free and able to submit to pre-employment and routine drug screening
- Ability to pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations
- Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification per company policy and state requirements
- Strong communication skills with residents, families, staff, vendors, and public

Pay: $42.00 - $46.00 per hour
