OUR COMPENSATION PROGRAM:

• We have a $16 per hour Commission Draw
• Aggressive Bonus Plan UP TO $300 PER WEEK Tips!
• Most Team Members Average $20 $30 Per Hour (Plus Tips)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Souvenir Restaurant Photography and Sales.
• Directing, Making & Capturing Fun Memories for Restaurant Guest with pictures.

• Full-Time positions preferred.
• Part-Time only available for weekends. (if available)
• All weekends and holidays are mandatory work days.

JOB EXPECTATION:

• Greet and engage restaurant guests confidently and warmly
• Take high-quality Individual photos and Group photos
• Edit, Print and Frame photos
• Give each table a Complimentary Souvenir Photo and offer additional photos for purchase.
• Create a fun, memorable experience for every guest so the happily buy pictures.

SCHEDULING AND AVAILABILITY:

• Typical shifts: Monday – Thursday Evenings (4PM or 5PM until Close) , Friday, Saturday & Sunday (11 AM until Close)
• WEEKENDS: INCLUDING SUNDAY'S ARE MANDATORY
• Weekends, and Holiday availability required — these are our busiest shifts and highest earning opportunities.

DRESS CODE & APPEARNCE IS NON- NEGOTIONABLE:

• Uniform required:
• Clean, Corporate, Conservative Appearance
• Black long-sleeved (cotton) collared shirt, black slacks (no denim), black non-slip restaurant shoes, black tall socks, black suspenders, and a white or red bow tie
• No visible facial piercings or tattoos on the face, neck, or hands (tattoos are acceptable if fully covered by the uniform)
• Clean, polished, and professional appearance is mandatory on shift. This includes all areas of appearance including eyelashes, fingernails, perfumes etc.

TRAINING AND INTERVIEWING:
We only conduct interviews Monday through Thursday (Some Friday) & Saturday. If you’re hired, please note that our mandatory workdays are Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, and our mandatory training days are Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. (sometime Friday's and Saturdays lunches also).
We schedule training on these days because they’re typically slower, which allows us to train new photographers thoroughly so they’re fully prepared to work independently during the busy, fast-paced weekend.

IMPORTANT:

Please do not request an interview if you cannot start immediately or cant work Sundays.. Candidates who can start the same day as the interview or, at the latest, the following day will receive priority.

Pay: $16.00 - $30.00 per hour

• Do you have any restaurant server experience? If so how long?
• If hired, can you start and train immediately. This means within 2 days?
