Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly while providing menus and information about daily specials.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain communication regarding any changes or issues.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations throughout the shift.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently while adhering to restaurant policies regarding cash handling.
- Assist frontend with takeout orders as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant roles is preferred, including host/sever experience.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Familiarity with POS systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling reservations or guest inquiries over the phone.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential traits for success in this role.
