Overview
Memorial United Church of Christ, located in Fitchburg WI, is currently seeking 2 caring and responsible people to work in our Childcare room on Sunday mornings during church service as well as at occasional special events.
Duties
- Provide loving and responsible childcare for children ages 0-4 yrs old
- Supervise and monitor the safety of children while playing
- Read stories, play, and interact with children
- Assist with organizing and keeping the child care room clean
Hours of employment are:
Sunday mornings from approximately 9:15 to 11 am
Pay rate is $30 per morning, with bonus rates paid for holidays.
Qualifications
- Experience working with children in settings such as daycare, preschool, or classroom environments is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect positively with children, families, and colleagues.
- Previous experience in caregiving roles such as nannying or babysitting is advantageous.
- A pre-employment background check will be conducted.
