POSITION SUMMARY:
The PR Manager and Marketing Strategist will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that amplify our practice’s presence and brand reputation. The ideal candidate will be skilled in building and executing marketing campaigns across various digital platforms and overseeing all public relations efforts to ensure alignment with our core values and marketing initiatives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain solid knowledge of the Practice’s offered products and services for surgical and non-surgical procedures.
- Learn the industry and media landscape to create dynamic and engaging content that encompasses all aspects of marketing (Websites, Social, SEO, PPC, etc.) for optimized lead prospecting and conversion.
- Stay informed on the latest plastic surgery trends, new techniques and technologies, and competitor marketing.
- Coordinate events, press releases, and other marketing collateral that align with the practice’s brand and marketing strategy.
- Work closely with the senior management to identify and target potential market segments to expand practice growth and business development.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in professional marketing, preferably in healthcare, beauty, or cosmetic industries.
- Proven experience in managing public relations efforts, including media outreach, press releases, and reputation management.
- Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing tools, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, etc.).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation strategies.
- Excellent oral and written skills.
- Keen eye and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams, patients, and external partners.
- Strong project management and organizational skills to proactively meet tight deadlines autonomously or in a group setting.
