Diagnostic Imaging Centers of Texas (DICOT) and our family of affiliated brands — including Prime Diagnostic Imaging, Memorial MRI & Diagnostic, Desert Imaging, Foundation Physicians Group, and SignatureRx — are seeking a reliable and professional Patient Services Representative who is passionate about helping patients and coordinating care with integrity and excellence.
What you DO
- Greet and check in patients, ensuring accurate registration and a welcoming experience
- Verify referrals and authorizations and confirm exam preparation
- Collect co-pays and manage patient records and accounts
- Schedule appointments and walk-ins with valid doctor’s orders
- Provide clear communication and support throughout the patient visit
What you BRING
- High School diploma or GED
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- A warm and professional demeanor
- Previous healthcare or front office experience preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
