- Maintains the cleanliness, sanitary conditions, and appearance of designated areas
- Maintains resident rooms and common areas using cleaning techniques and quality standards to help provide a safe quality environment
- Performs vacuuming, dusting, and removing resident or office trash
- Cleans other facility or office areas on a routine or as-needed basis
- Report requests for repairs to supervisor or maintenance
