Provides employee health services for employees, physicians, volunteers and contract staff to include screenings, immunizations and illness reporting.
- Provides employee health services to new employees, incumbent employees and others presenting for service.
- Utilizes established protocols.
- Reporting and documentation is accurate and concise, indicating necessary follow-up.
- Facilitates employee health education utilizing appropriate resources.
- Provides assistance with processing of employee injury claims as requested.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university state-approved nursing program
Experience:
- 3 years working in medical/surgical, community health or emergency department setting
