Job Summary
Position responsible for performing general clerical duties for various departments.This position will work in the MHSW Popcorn Services Mon-Thurs from 10am-2pm (from setting up to closing down)
Job Description
This is a food service role and requires excellent customer service skills and will serve popcorn.

- Ability to perform office/clerical duties, to include filing, form completion and record keeping

Principal Accountabilities
- Files documents as established by departmental procedures; Photocopies records, forms and other documents.
- Sorts and distributes departmental mail.
- Prepares departmental information packets.
- Answers department telephones, routes calls or messages, and greets visitors.
- Ensures safe care to patients, staff and visitors; adheres to all Memorial Hermann policies, procedures, and standards within budgetary specifications including time management, supply management, productivity and quality of service.
- Promotes individual professional growth and development by meeting requirements for mandatory/continuing education, skills competency, supports department-based goals which contribute to the success of the organization; serves as preceptor, mentor, and resource to less experienced staff.
- Other duties as assigned.
Salary : $24,800 - $31,400
