Qualifications
- Expertise in Critical Care Medicine and Neonatal Intensive Care practices
- Advanced skills in Respiratory Therapy, including respiratory care planning and management
- Proficiency in Mechanical Ventilation and related therapeutic techniques
- Strong leadership and supervisory experience in a healthcare or NICU setting
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working in a multidisciplinary team
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or a related field
- Current licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) and relevant certifications
- Previous experience in a neonatal or critical care environment is highly preferred
