Specialty Areas - Critical Care Services, Emergency Services, Surgical Services, IR, Oncology, Cath Lab, Behavioral Health, Pediatric Services (NICU, PICU, Peds ED, Peds OR, Peds PACU, Peds CVOR), Nursery, Family Birth Place, Case Management and Wound Care Additionally, and please take note of the minimum requirements, Case Manager, RN: Minimum Education BSN along with, minimum one (1) year of Acute Care Experience and Nurse Clinical Educator - Minimum Education BSN along with, two (2) years minimum of Acute Care Experience. Please note that all positions require a valid BLS and ACLS, from wither the America Heart Association or the American Red Cross. Detailed responsibilities:
- Plans, implements, and evaluates patient care based on patient assessment to optimize outcomes and maximize available resources. Monitors, documents, and communicates patient condition as appropriate.
- Collaborates as needed across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including disposition, referral, and spiritual and, or psychosocial support needs.
- Evaluates learning needs of the patient and, or family and provides patient and family education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances.
- Effectively delegates patient care to ancillary personnel. May precept student nurses and new hires.
