Overview
The quality compliance coordinator works collaboratively with leaders, owners/approvers and subject matter experts to develop and maintain policy management workflows, standardized clinical forms, and clinical contract performance metrics across Memorial Health. The coordinator serves as the site administrator for electronic solutions to support this function and is responsible for the development and delivery of education on relevant workflows and standardized content. The coordinator serves as the primary technical expert for the electronic policy and document management solution. The coordinator works directly with the System Director, Patient Safety & Accreditation to maintain current on regulatory/accreditation requirements and emerging trends to promote compliance.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in health administration.
- In lieu of a degree, and a minimum of 4–6 years of directly related experience will be considered.
Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience in healthcare experience requireed, with a demonstrated ability to manage projects and ensure compliance with applicable standards).
Other Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Self-directed, highly motivated to work without direct supervision.
- Flexibility to adapt to an ever-changing work environment.
