Oversees the annual compliance schedule that includes monitoring Form I-9 employment authorizations, IDPH Healthcare Worker Registry annual audits, certification/licensure maintenance and various compliance throughout the year. Manages all colleague contracts from end to end and the recoupment process when necessary. Ensures compliance with all federal and state regulations governing HR policies and procedures. Contributes effectively to the development, deployment and sustainability of HR best practices, policies and compliance. Serves as administrative support for Policy and Compliance functions within the HR Division.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, marketing, or related field or Associates degree and equivalent related work experience.
Experience:
- Minimum three (3) years Contracts, Compliance, Accounting or Human Resource experience required
