Job Summary and Qualifications
The RN Manager NICU ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall daily function and staffing of the department. The Manager NICU also monitors and evaluates the provision of nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures and holds staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support of facility objectives.
What qualifications you will need:
- BSN required; Masters Degree preferred
- 3 years of applicable experience required

Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation required
- Current BLS; NRP (Neonatal Resusciatation Program, RNC-National Certification in Neonatal Intensive Care required
