DEFINITION:
Performs complex secretarial work involving office management functions and expertise in computer/secretarial skills. Record and maintain statistical records. Assistant to the Executive Director.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
A minimum of 2 years experience as Administrative Secretary is preferred.
High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
Completed basic computer course as well as have expertise in Microsoft Office Suite desirable.
