Responsibilities of a Sales Manager:
- Establish relationships with new customers and agents
- Maintain and grow relationships with agents
- Identify and respond to agent needs
- Anticipate the needs of agents and address them accordingly
- Meet with customers and agents to determine their specific expectations, making suggestions as needed.
Qualifications for a sales agent:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
- Organizational skills
- Good familiarity with word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications
- Strong knowledge of industry standards
- Confident and charismatic approach to people
