What You Will Do
- Lead Change & Inspire Growth: Champion operational improvements and cultural Hands-On Leadership.
- Hands-On Leadership: Engage directly with field teams, providing mentorship and support while modeling accountability and grit.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee staffing, inventory, and customer service; conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance, efficiency and support.
- Financial Stewardship: Analyze performance metrics, set goals, and implement strategies to enhance profitability and sustainability.
- Strategic Impact: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new technologies and initiatives that elevate patient experience and operational success
What You Will Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of progressive leadership experience in optical or retail healthcare operations.
- Proven ability to lead change, manage complexity, and deliver measurable results.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel extensively and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
