Family Service Advisor — Funeral & Cemetery Sales
Salt Lake City, UT
Full-Time- Base salary plus uncapped commission — on-target earnings $70,000–$180,000

This role is for someone who feels called to serve — and who is driven to sell.
As a Family Service Advisor, you will work in one of our beautiful cemeteries and mortuaries alongside a team that is fun and upbeat — doing work that genuinely matters.
You will walk with families through meaningful decisions, helping them plan, prepare, and find peace of mind. This is not transactional work. It requires presence, compassion, and follow-through.
It is also a professional sales role. Serving families well requires consistency, discipline, daily outreach, and a commitment to growth.
Licensing
This is a licensed role. If you are not yet licensed, we will support you through the process — study materials, coaching, and licensing costs are provided. We expect candidates to pursue licensing promptly and with the same accountability we expect in the field.

Requirements
What We're Looking For
- Customer service, educators, veteran’s, or sales experience preferred; a sales mindset required
- Willingness and ability to obtain required licensing
- Availability for a rotating Monday–Saturday schedule
- Strong communication skills and emotional awareness
- A service mindset and genuine coachability
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma required
