Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our student support team. The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement behavior intervention plans, support students with individualized needs, and promote skill development across academic, social, and functional areas. This role requires a professional who is collaborative, patient, and committed to fostering student success in a supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
--Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the direction of a BCBA.
--Collect and record data on student progress and program effectiveness.
--Provide direct support to students in educational, social, and community settings.
--Assist with developing and reinforcing daily living, communication, and social skills.
--Work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and other support staff to ensure consistency in behavior support.
--Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
--Participate in training, supervision, and professional development opportunities.
--Other duties as assigned by the Director of Student Support Services.
Salary : $25 - $30
