What You’ll Do:
As a Registered Nurse, you'll be at the heart of our mission — delivering high-quality, person-centered care to our residents. You’ll work closely with our interdisciplinary team to assess, plan, and deliver individualized care, all while leading and mentoring other care providers like LPNs and CNAs.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities Include:
- Creating and updating care plans based on residents’ evolving needs.
- Administering medications and treatments with precision and compassion.
- Monitoring resident conditions and coordinating with providers.
- Supervising, supporting, and mentoring LPNs and CNAs.
- Educating residents and families about wellness, health, and preventive care.
- Documenting clearly and accurately to ensure top-notch communication and compliance.

What You Bring:
- Current RN license in Mississippi, MS temporary permit, or Compact state RN license.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Passion for working in a team-oriented, patient-focused environment.
- One (1) year of nursing home or skilled care experience is a plus — but not required!
