Join our dynamic team as a Mover and be a vital part of our logistics and warehouse operations! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently handling the movement, loading, and unloading of goods (chairs, tables, tents) within our distribution center. Your proactive approach will ensure that orders are delivered accurately and on time, contributing to smooth warehouse operations.
Duties
- Safely load and unload orders using appropriate heavy equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks.
- Assist with order picking and inventory management to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Manually handle materials, including heavy lifting, ensuring proper manual handling techniques are followed.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring timely shipping and receiving processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and operational efficiency.
Experience
- Prior warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse operations
- Demonstrated ability to perform manual handling tasks safely and effectively
- Previous experience in setting up tents is a plus
